“Boudoir is something I've considered for a long while. After having twins I cannot say I was a fan on my body and really wasn't confident in my ability to feel, well confident in front of a camera. One day though I decided to just book so I couldn't back out and it was honestly such an amazing experience and the best decision I have made for myself. Of course when the day came, Jessika was so patient and go with the flow. Totally understanding and accommodating to the best of her ability. Jessika has ALWAYS made me feel so comfortable on set and even though my body wasn't what it once was, she was able to still take the most gorgeous photos and most importantly make me feel insanely confident. I'm so excited to see the final products and have something to look at to remind myself how glamorous and amazing and beautiful I am and to remind myself that my body is still wicked awesome, especially after carrying two little people and bringing them into the world. It honestly was an experience that gave me a lot of confidence and self love back and I recommend it for just about everyone. You don't have to be a tiny perfect little model to take beautiful and powerful photos, you just need the right environment and a kick ass lady who helps you find and feel the badass goddess that's inside. 101/10 would and will recommend to everyone. 101/10 will do again one day.”

“My experience shooting boudoir with Jessika was absolutely amazing!!! After a year stuck inside dealing with chronic illness and mainly seeing myself in sweats with no make-up, I felt very disconnected from my body. When I found out Jessika was doing a marathon boudoir shoot in Joshua Tree I signed up on a whim and I’m SO glad I did. Our consultation put any nerves I had at ease, and Jessika worked with me to determine the best way to personalize my shoot to fit my unique aesthetic and style. When it came to shooting, I hardly had to do anything besides getting into the poses as she directed. It was SO easy to follow her instructions, and all my worries about being awkward and uncoordinated in front of the camera slipped away! She managed to work in all of my (many) props and photo ideas, and even showed me previews of the photos as we were shooting, which was like a constant confidence boost. I left feeling pampered, relaxed, and more beautiful and connected to my body than I have in years. The only difficult part in the end was choosing! I can’t believe how many amazing photos there were to decide between just from one shoot. I’m usually very picky about photos of myself (especially this MUCH of myself!), and I can honestly say there wasn’t a single one I didn’t like. 10/10, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Jessika. This was my second time working with her, and from start through finish and beyond she is truly outstanding. She takes the time to personalize every bit of each session, from the color palette and the flowers to special effects and location. All to make for a unique and incredible experience. While making you feel like you're the star of the show, reminding you how amazing you should feel about yourself. Taking the time to straighten your crown while she documents your confidence. I chose an outdoor boudoir session, figuring early September in the water would be perfect! Well, we ran into a small snag and ended up getting attacked and chased out by the horsefly mafia. Did that stop Jessika? Nope. Not in the slightest! We completed my session the following day in her studio where she went above and beyond to make up for having to cut the session that we had been planning for, short. My point, Jessika's work is worth all the bug bites, all the day after muscle aches and absolutely worth every penny. It wasn't just a photography session, it was memories in the making.
